Design Approach
This Module K project composes the façade with disciplined symmetry, vertical articulation, and rounded balcony forms. Pale stone and bronze-toned bands give the exterior a polished, enduring character.
The entrance, hotel signage, and adjacent display frontage are treated as one coordinated threshold. Warm lighting and dark timber accents add depth while keeping the street presence calm and legible.
