Facade Approach
The ground floor is wrapped in a diamond-patterned lattice over full-height glass, lit in soft cyan to make the corner legible at night. The pattern gives the base a distinctive identity while keeping the interior visible.
Upper floors step back into planted terraces with slim white frames, lightening the mass of the building above the active street level.
