Facade Approach
The facade combines a slim grid of metal-framed glazing with perforated bronze-toned panels. The screens shade the interior and soften views from the street while letting light through in a fine pattern.
At dusk the perforations glow from within, turning the corner building into a quiet landmark in its neighbourhood.
